TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service are entered into between Luneya and any person who makes a purchase on the Luneya website ("the Customer").
By placing an order on the Luneya website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

1. DEFINITIONS

Customer: any user who purchases a Product through the Site and/or has a personal account on the Site.
Order: the process by which the Customer selects the Products they wish to purchase and have delivered.
Agreement: these Terms of Service and any specific conditions applicable to certain promotional offers.
Personal Data: all personal information provided by the Customer.
Parties: Luneya and the Users of the Site, together.
Products: the products available for sale on the Site.
User: any individual or legal entity accessing the Site.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

2.1. These Terms define the conditions under which Users may access the Site, place Orders, and interact with Luneya.
2.2. Luneya may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version is always available on the Site.
2.3. The version that applies to an Order is the one in effect on the date the Order is placed.
2.4. Users must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an Order.

3. PRICES

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout.
Luneya may change its prices at any time. The price that applies is the one displayed when the Order is placed.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Users can view product photos, descriptions, and ingredient lists on the Site.

Our Products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

5. ORDERS

Customers can place an Order without creating an account.
An Order is confirmed once full payment has been received by Luneya.
An order confirmation and receipt will be sent by email.
Orders are fulfilled subject to product availability.
Luneya may change its product range at any time, without affecting Orders already placed.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping is free on all orders.
Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 6–12 business days. A tracking number is sent by email once the Order ships.
If we are unable to ship your Order within the stated time, we will notify you and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund.
The Customer agrees to check the package upon delivery and to contact us promptly if there is any issue.

7. PAYMENT

Payment is made by credit or debit card through a secure payment provider.
Luneya does not store any of the Customer's card details.
By placing an Order, the Customer also accepts the terms of the payment provider.

8. 90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

8.1. Your first Order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at contact@luneya.com within 90 days of delivery to request a full refund of the product price. No return is required.
8.2. For any other return request (for example, a damaged or incorrect item), please contact us at contact@luneya.com. We will review your request and send you the return address and instructions by email.
8.3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

9. PERSONAL DATA

We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, contact us at contact@luneya.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.

10. GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT

Gift cards and store credit issued by Luneya are valid for 1 year on all Products on the Site and cannot be combined with each other or with promo codes.

11. PROMO CODES

Promo codes cannot be combined with each other or with gift cards or store credit.
Each promo code can be used once per Customer, unless stated otherwise.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Luneya brand, logos, design, and all content on the Site are the exclusive property of Luneya.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1. To the extent permitted by law, Luneya is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or an Order.
13.2. Luneya is not responsible for any interruption or malfunction of the Site.
13.3. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

15.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

15.4. These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the Customer's state of residence.
